maybe tmi, but…
about a week before i get my period, like clockwork, i always become … irregular. haha it is so frustrating though because i get extremely bloated and my body physically hurts because i literally go 2 or 3 days at a time without going. it’s no bueno!! sometimes exercising gives my body the extra push it needs to, well, go haha so i’m hoping my run this afternoon helps me out.
